*WEBINAR: Managing Your Small Business Beyond the Pandemic

Wednesday, March 2, 2022 - 12:00pm to 1:00pm
Price:
FREE

Host and SBDC director, Kelly Bearden will begin the one-hour webinar with updates on Kern County’s $1.2 million Microbusiness Relief Grant Program and other government business pandemic relief programs.

Bearden will be joined by Israel Lara Jr., outreach specialist with the U.S. Small Business Administration, Fresno District. Lara works as an Economic Injury Disaster Loan Program [EIDL] troubleshooter. He will discuss the process of how to request additional funding, and how a borrower can request reconsideration when their application is initially denied. Also up for discussion are unique issues surrounding current borrowers who want to sell their business and have the loan assumed, and those who want to move their business.

Questions from attendees will be taken.

This marks the 103rd in the weekly “Webinar Wednesday” series that provides reopening and current pandemic relief updates on available federal, state, and local funding options, tax credit programs, employee programs, and other opportunities helpful to employers and business owners.
