(June 2020) Sandra will share her experience as the CEO of a professional services firm over the past 30+ years. Owning, managing, and serving as HR Director for an HR services firm, Sandra has a unique perspective which includes the challenges and opportunities of both growing the company, as well as managing a geographically diverse team which functions as the HR department for over 100 clients. In addition, Sandra will discuss how changes in employees’ attitudes towards work have evolved and how both she and her clients have had to adapt to attract and retain top talent in this highly competitive employment market.
